Monthly Coaching

Monthly coaching is designed to provide continuous support and consistent communication. This includes regular feedback on workouts, adjustments to training based on life demands, illness, or how you’re adapting to the workload, and ongoing analysis of your workout data.

I review your training files and incorporate both objective data and your subjective feedback to refine your training as needed. We’ll also work together to dial in your on-the-run nutrition and hydration so fueling supports your training and performance.

Price: $175/month 

Initial onboarding: $50

* Flexible Payments & Cancellation Policy: Bi-monthly payments at $87.50 each are offered. If you decide to stop monthly coaching, please give me 30 days notice.

  • Premium Training Peaks Account 

  • 1x30 - 45 min call per month 

  • 2x weekly workout comments/feedback 

  • Unlimited email/text 

  • Unlimited adjustments to training

  • Help with run Nutrition/Hydration

  • Help with race prep/plan

  • LTHR based Heart Rate zones; if willing to train with HRM.

  • Pace zones for any road running

To get started, you’ll complete an athlete questionnaire designed to help me understand your athletic background, schedule, goals, and perceived strengths and weaknesses. Once I’ve reviewed your responses, we’ll schedule a one-hour call to discuss them in more detail and align on expectations.

From there, I’ll get you set up in TrainingPeaks based on our conversation and your specific race goals or mountain objectives, and we’ll begin your training from there.
